A full refund will be given in the same method by which it was received, to the same account or credit card, under the following conditions:
With the Connect plan:
- The hardware must be returned within 30 days upon receiving it, and it must be in its original condition.
- The hardware must not be damaged.
- The hardware must precisely match product data records.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, either by check, wire transfer or Credit Card, within 15 days after the cancellation of the account.
The hardware will be inspected upon date of invoice and prior to the issuance of a refund, exchange or credit. Hardware that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused.
Returning the Hardware
After sending the returned hardware, please send an email with the tracking number and date of shipping to: email@example.com
Please insure the hardware against loss in transit, and pay freight and handling charges in advance. Intellitank is not responsible for any hardware that it does not receive, or that is not returned in accordance with the above terms.
